In 2021 Oliver achieved his BSc of chemistry and then moved on to achieve his MSc of chemistry at the University of Sheffield. He then joined the group the Nanostructured Hybrid Energy Materials group in October 2022 to research on the understanding in the surface chemistry – electrochemical property relationship through the use of quantum chemistry.
