Yi Wang joined the group in September 2023. She has completed both BSc (2020) and MSc (2023) in Northwestern Polytechnical University in China. She was awarded a CSC studentship to pursue a PhD at QMUL. Her research project focuses on electrode design for redox flow batteries through electrospinning. Yi will explore a variety of weaved electrospun yarn-based structures and study their impact on the performance of flow batteries.
